Ainda pode parecer pouco provável para alguns, mas é provado que um dos fatores mais determinantes para um e-commerce ser bem sucedido é a logística eficiente.
A logística eficiente está diretamente atrelada a agilidade no momento da preparação e todo o monitoramento da rota de percurso até chegar às mãos do cliente final (preferencialmente que ocorra no prazo). Atrasos geram insatisfação e podem prejudicar a imagem da marca facilmente na internet, influenciando negativamente outros possíveis compradores.
Porém, atividades como as citadas acima demandam horas e extrema atenção das pequenas empresas que na maioria das vezes, são compostas por um único empreendedor(a) com mão de obra bastante reduzida e, precisa focar os seus esforços em apenas duas ações para fazer o seu negócio crescer:
1 - Vender e 2- Ações que ajudem a vender.
Além disso, os custos para manter a operação de forma “caseira” ou até mesmo a contratação de uma pessoa para resolver os processos operacionais traz um custo muito elevado à operação.
Além do fato de que diariamente você precisará estar preparado para lidar com os problemas comuns do dia a dia, como organizar os produtos, armazenar, comprar embalagens, etiquetas, fitas, reposição/manutenção de equipamentos como impressoras, aplicador de fita etc., além das instalações limitadas (e isso certamente se tornará um problema na hora de aumentar estoque) e se preocupar com a formação de pessoal entre outros.
A experiência na jornada de compra, a qualidade no atendimento ao cliente e o cumprimento dos prazos são os fatores determinantes para garantir a recorrência da compra e a geração de novos leads.
